I know what you are thinking .... or at least I think I know what you are thinking... oh gawd...another “thing” to do. Well, yes & no. A gratitude practice is pretty easy to implement. It doesn’t cost any money, takes very little time & no one need know you are doing it.
.Repeat often during your day.
